    No, you’re free to cancel anytime.

    Do I have to pay a booking fee?

    Bókun users pay a 1% to 1.5% booking fee. We do not charge for Viator or offline bookings.

    Do I have to pay to upload products to Bókun?

    No, setting up with Bókun is straightforward. You can sign up for a free trial, one-click import your experiences from Viator, and start managing your bookings relatively easily. If you’ve ever used calendars, pickup lists, or even just pen and paper before – Bokun will make sense.

    Does Bókun let you accept payment via debit cards?

    Yes, along with online payment options, Stripe Connect accepts additional payment methods as listed in the help article here.

    Do you charge for Viator bookings?

    We do not charge Bókun booking fees for bookings made through Viator on our START, PLUS and PREMIUM plans.

    We charge 0.5%-1.5% on Viator bookings for Bókun Channel Manager users.

    What support do you offer?

    Does Bókun charge a fee for offline bookings?

    Yes. If a customer makes a booking on the phone, or email, or in person you can manually add them into your booking calendar. Also, Bókun charges 0% booking fees on offline bookings.
