Following many conversations with Bókun users we are introducing a new tiered pricing plan structure. These plans are designed to allow operators to choose the best value plan for their business, while offering room for scale as businesses grow.
We continue to offer industry-low booking fees, as well as 0% Bókun booking fees on reservations from Viator.
How do the new pricing plans work?
The new pricing structure has been broken into three plans:
- Bókun START which includes all essential features at $49/month with a 1.5% booking fee
- Bókun PLUS which includes extra growth-oriented features at $149/month with a 1.25% booking fee
- Bókun PREMIUM which includes a feature set designed for scale with additional consultancy advice at $499/month with a 1% booking fee.
All plans continue to be available with a 14-day free trial, and users can cancel or downgrade anytime. We continue to offer a FREE plan with limited usage for operators who are not quite ready to start their growth journey yet.
Which plan is the best for my business?
Our START plan is best suited to operators who are entrepreneurial and are looking to start selling online, automate manual work and save time on daily tasks.
Our PLUS plan is the perfect solution for more established brands who are looking for tools to grow their business as well as manage multiple booking channels and potentially numerous team members.
High-volume businesses who are well-established in the industry would benefit from the lower booking fees on our PREMIUM plan. This plan is designed to help operators manage at scale.
Bókun is designed to be the booking software for operators at any stage of their growth journey. Users are not locked into lengthy contracts and can move between plans as their business evolves and scales.

Booking fees from direct online, resellers and OTAs are charged at an industry-low 1-1.5% and you can choose to cover the fee yourself or pass the fee on to your customer. We will combine the booking fee into the overall price to ensure your customers are not met with unexpected costs at the checkout.
