How do you define a user?

A user has a username (email) and password to access Bokun in order to manage bookings, products, customer lists etc.

How does the 21 day free trial work?

You get unlimited users and access to everything in the Bokun solution. You can make online bookings, take payments and get support. If you are not satisfied at the end of the trial you can cancel your subscription.

When will I be billed?

Billing takes place at the beginning of each month. You will be charged for the number of Bokun users.

What if I have multiple companies?

You can create separate accounts for different companies or manage them through a single account if you prefer.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time without notice.
